Exchange ESEUTIL dirty shutdown

https://blogs.technet.microsoft.com/mspfe/2012/09/06/why-exchange-databases-might-remain-dirty-after-eseutil-r-recovery/

Correct Syntax: Only the path, not with file name!
eseutil /R E00 /l “c:\DBRecovery” /s “c:\DBRecovery” /d “c:\DBRecovery”

In my company’s case:

eseutil /R E05 `
/l "D:\mailbox\MBS3-Sales" `
/s"D:\mailbox\MBS3-Sales" `
/d:"E:\Exchange Server\V15\Mailbox\MBS3-Sales"

where:

/R: Your logfile initials.
/l: Catalog files
/s: checkpoint file like E05.chk
/d: your EDB file path. Only path.
